Refund policy

Every item is handmade, and therefore completely unique!  We hope you will be satisfied with the quality of the utensils we send you, even if they differ slightly from the website photos.

 

If an item breaks during shipment, we will happily replace it.

 

If you receive your piece and it's in good shape but you change your mind about your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 

1) Items must be unused.

2) Customer pays for the original shipping and to send the item back.

3) Once we've received the original product, we are happy to refund the original payment method.
